Islamio Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Islamio, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. App Purpose

Islamio is designed to provide prayer times, Qibla tools, dhikr tracking, Islamic content, widgets, personal notes and subscription-based premium features.

3. Subscriptions

Islamio offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features. Pricing and billing terms are shown in the app before purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.

4. Use of the App

• Use the app only in compliance with applicable laws.
• Do not misuse, interfere with or attempt to disrupt app functionality.
• You are responsible for how you use reminders, prayer calculations and saved content.

5. Prayer Times and Content

Prayer times, calendar data and some Islamic content may rely on third-party sources or calculation methods. Small differences may occur compared with local official sources.

6. Intellectual Property

The app, design, branding and original content of Islamio are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute or exploit the app content beyond normal personal use without permission.

7. Disclaimer

Islamio is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete accuracy for all third-party content and calculations.
